Brilliant Band Program

What’s It All About?

The Brilliant Program provides an opportunity for students who have been learning an instrument for at least 6 months to come together with other alternate instrumentalists and create their own ensemble. They learn about song structure, song arrangements, various chord progressions and rhythmic requirements for different genres and how to listen to each other and allow the music create itself through their jamming sessions..

How Much Does It Cost? 

Group lessons of 2-6 children for 2021 costs $20 each per half hour lesson and individual lessons at $32 per half hour lesson (includes GST). Fees are paid in advance. Booked lessons are non-refundable unless notified prior to the beginning of term. If a tutor is unavailable or ill then a credit will be provided for the cancelled session.

Is An Instrument Necessary? 

At this stage, at least hiring a melodic instrument is helpful.
